Shipping policy

All products sold on Bespoke DXB are made to order and can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to develop. Orders are generally shipped using DHL or Fedex. DHL's delivery standard is 4 - 7 business days. Flat rate shipping fee will apply on all orders visible on checkout page when completing an order. Incase shipping fee is not charged, the client may be asked to submit a payment in order to have the shoes shipped to their country.

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 30km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
A minimum of 2 products worth 300 AED or more is required in order to avail our pick-up and drop-off service for shoe cleaning and repairs.
We are closed every Friday for a public holiday, orders will be shipped from Sunday - Thursday.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
